Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping & Costs
When MELLLORA Covers Shipping
For returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or defect), we provide a prepaid return label at no cost.

When Customer Covers Shipping
If returning due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, unwanted item), customers must arrange and pay for return shipping. Using a reliable, trackable courier is recommended to avoid lost packages.

MELLLORA is not responsible for return packages that are lost or undelivered. Please use a trackable shipping method.

Restocking Fee
MELLLORA does not charge any restocking fee.

All eligible returns are processed without deduction, ensuring you receive the full refund amount (excluding original shipping fees, if applicable).

Refund Processing
After inspection and approval:

Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–14 days for the funds to appear in your account.

An email confirmation is sent once your refund is issued.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

To replace an item, return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product or size. This ensures faster and more accurate service.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Late or Missing Refunds

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

Shipped orders cannot be canceled but may be returned under this policy.
